Besides Marvel may possibly have all the rights back by then so who knows

lowkey I thought when fake mandarin blew up in iron man 3 they would make him modok, since he was head of AIM

not sure about Kang's first appearance, but he has ties to apocalypse, it'd be strange to see him back in egypt without en sabah nur

Time travel fukkery would be dope. I know the rights for Kang are tied in with F4, but with how they're moving these days there's probably some sort of work around to get him.

I think both studios own Kang. Marvel can use Kang, they just can't do anything that relates to him being a decendant of Reed Richards.

It's the same situations with the Skrulls were Marvel can use the Skrulls but they can't use THE Super Skrull.

They could also bring back Ultron in some form given that he's pretty much the Avengers top villain in the comics. Using the Masters of Evil (with a different name) might be a good idea.
