Pratt looked he rolled out of bed at the last second to film his scenes. Dude looked totally uninterested at times.

He's just a bad actor.

But it wouldn't surprise me if he is on drugs in real life. He was like this in gotg2. He had much more energy in gotg. Dude probably taking 20 Oxy a day before he hits the set. Would explain the weight gain as well and why he looks and acts so lethargic.
