Somebody on reddit pointed out that Spider Man was the only one feeling ill before the dust because of his spider sense going crazy. Thinking back the rest of them were dying without pain.

I'm kinda glad a lot of scenes from the trailer wasn't in the movie, or were shot in a way to throw people off. I know a lot of people saw that Akoye scene hella times going into the movie.....

BUT she made up for it when called out Scarlett Witch on some "Why the fukk she was up there the whole time" "She should've been out in from the start"
