I’m figuring because they thought they snuffed out tha Skrulls like countless other threats, plus they are SHIELD who KNOWN for keeping secrets.

But why would they keep that big of a secret though? The Skrulls were a big deal because they could shapeshift to any hero and slip through the cracks. Sounds like a big oversight to me. At the very least, Nick could’ve told Tony or Steve about his encounter, unless he’s....
