Not even the Russo's are going to be able to overcome the bad acting from 'you-know-who'. In the trailer all of the other actors communicate so much without saying anything.

And then you have an expressionless Ms. Potato Head tryin to act cool, detached and steely.

So Hiddlestone being the posh middle class brit lacks grit but is good for pomposity - because that is his background in real life. Ray Winstone is a british hard man because in real life he is.
Bree has no steel in real life and is not a good enough actress to conjure it up.
These are aloof and detached ways to look at someone.
