Well.
I like the show but damn the action is so rare.. Martha being on the run was the most exciting the shows been in years. I'm tired of it and last nights episide was disappointing as fukk.
Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad, and The Americans all fall under the slow pace category. Some people love the slow buildup and some want more action every episode. I prefer the thought out storyline that doesn't have every episode be a shootout. If I wanted that I'd go watch NCIS.
They finally stopped dumbing down Stan and the FBI last week only to make them even dumber this week. How the fukk did Martha get away when they knew right where she was and Stan himself was a couple minutes behind at most..
Yeah, the FBI and Stan are catching on and starting to be smarter. Still I imagine trying to find people that are ghosts in a huge city is difficult. As for Stan not finding Martha at the park. It takes about 17 minutes from the FBI headquarters to Rock Creek Park with no traffic. So they were more then a few minutes behind. For all they knew Martha could have been long gone. If your rebuttal is they were in the same park as her and didn't see her. It's over 2000 acres. In real life Rock Creek Park is where Chandra Levy's body was found. She went missing in May of 2001 and wasn't found until exactly a year later.
and maybe I missed it but how did they hear the Martha convo w/ her parents but not the one w/ Phillip a couple mins later..
Pretty simple. They had Martha's parents phone tapped. They didn't have the pay phone that Martha used tapped so they had no way of knowing she called Phil.
Either way it was wack
Not sure what to tell you. Metacritic scores of 95 (critics) 8.6 (user) and Rottentomatoes scores of 100% (critics) 92% would say they have a good thing going.
Lol damn bruh. I didn't really expect anyone to really read my post since the talk on this show has slowed down so much much less do a thorough rebuttal. Anyway.

Wasn't asking for action every episode or for every episode to have a shootout. Just saying the show could use more action. The writers and critics (who I don't give a fukk about what they say anyway) built this season up as the psychological season or whatever and I respect that but it's gotten tired to me. Every piece of dialogue is on some overdramatic type of shyt. It's gotten corny to me. I didn't say I don't like the show at all tho.

I find it hard to believe Martha who was on foot the whole time until Elizabeth showed up would've been "long gone" especially after being hobbled after the punch but it sounds like you know the show better than me so I'll take your word for it. Didn't Stan mention to Aderholt in the car he was going to have the area and nearby area surrounded. They're the fukkin FBI looking for an american with likely KGB ties and they didn't even see anything at all? How did Elizabeth and Martha just get away like that. It's not like they went underground or some shyt.

Good call, my bad on that.

Are you talking about the show in general?? I like the show. Never said I didn't. Just thought last nights episode was kind of a step back.
