^^^Thst is literally all we got in the manga, there's no way you put this bare bones into an episode and expect it to have the same amount of impact. That's literally what makes a good adaptation, you take the source material and you breathe life into it while maintaining the soul and tone. I think that's what they did with this last episode and quite frankly, what they've been doing since Wano started.

These abilities have risen along with the stakes against more and more larger than life enemies and the animation has to reflect that. Oda created a world full of ridiculously scaled things so it's not going to change anytime soon. At the end of the day it's still going to be Luffy punching someone or Zoro slicing through something but it's going to evolve as the characters have evolved.

Seriously, you a 5’8 human fighting a giant that is 8’3, what’s going on here one piece fanboys.

I really want to see what the Garousei can do in a fight. No one seemed really fazed by Sabo running up in there with the death blow. I am really looking forward to see how Saturn conducts himself on egghead island. I don't know what the hell Cobra thought was going to happen running up in that room talking reckless. You have access to the letter and you are still went in there talking about shyt that isn't supposed to be mentioned. Imu looked kind of like a Zoan but shot an arrow like a paramecia.

I guess we will get another chapter or two of the flashback then hopefully back to egghead island. Even though I'm curious what that fight between Garp and Aoikiji is looking like.

I think they knew sabo was sliding through (future haki) but went along with it anyway. I think imu is immortal so there ain’t no way he/she didn’t know sabo was there

So the elders forms...Zoan DF? That's how it looked at first, but the attack on Cobra and Sabo kinda look like a Paramecia. It's hard to make out from my phone, so I gotta see it on a computer screen when I get home.

Probably some mythical zoan like Luffy that has paramecia type abilities too.
