Naw, at multiple points it's either outright said or implied that Law does not want Jack to show up.

He wasn't worried about them hurting Speed (who is also a headliner) , he mentioned Holdem by name and it's been said that everyone knows that if you mess with Holdem, Jack will show up.

When he meets Zoro he is pissed and scream at zoro saying he did something that will make Jack come here.

Only thing that makes sense is that either Jack is the strongest calamity, or the others are somewhere really far away and aren't an immediate threat.
