In terms of Luffy I always look at his power ups in regard to his fight with BB. Gura has that earth tilting move so if Luffy can turn the ground into rubber he can get more leverage. Make it soft landing ground when hit & disrupt normal movements. I also see BB going retarded with his abilities and Luffy might need to have rubber cushion environmental destruction. However, the most beneficial idea would have awakened Luffy take physical damage & rebound it. Think of it like Full Counter from Melodias (Seven Deadly Sins) or how he does bullets. BB gives him a quake to the chest he tanks some of it and hits back with that King Kong and remainder of the quake.

I'm saying it right now, a buster call is gonna occur. We already know that the navy surrounds all yonko territories so if the sea slugs are deactivated, what's stopping the navy from going into Big Mom's territory and fukking shyt up?
Plus people state the cover art for chapter 420 was a foreshadow to Big Mom's castle being destroyed as you can see the left side of the cake is destroyed:
And coincidentally enough that chapter is called Buster Call.
You're definitely onto something there, I remember seeing a theory about that because of the CP-0 chick and when I watched it back they mention the same cover. It make a lot of sense.

If you really think about it, it's not that farfetched. Like yeah obviously if you think that the only reason to go into Big Mom's is to capture Big Mom and all her subordinates then yeah having a buster call on Big Mom would sound stupid, but you gotta realize a few things here. For one Akainu doesn't give a shyt about the number of soldiers that could possibly die in this situation. We saw this in Marineford when he was killing marines that weren't fighting. All he cares about is fulfilling the goal of justice and destroying pirates, which in this case a lot can be taken. First, we gotta take into consideration that yonkos are extremely strong, like really strong. I'm pretty sure the marines have never crossed the territories of the yonko in a while if not ever, which makes even saying that they did a big win for them and a huge loss on Big Mom's part. Plus, as we're seeing everyone is beginning to merge onto Cacao Island, which'll cause big losses on Big Mom's side and as Sanji is making this cake that has been theorized to knock out Big Mom, we might not even have Big Mom awake if the buster call is sent out. Imagine a buster call with a fleet of ships, five vice admirals, potentially an admiral vs a battered Big Mom crew without Big mom herself in action, that's deadly.Buster call on a yonkou?

I never said he was gonna help them tbh (even though I feel like Luffy will gain a huge power-up that will help him in Wano do to his fight with Katakuri). But even when we discovered Garp was Luffy grandfather, he proceeded to attempt to sink Luffy's ship which could've killed him so just because Katakuri is giving him the works doesn't mean my theory has been debunked. And if my theory is debunked, than it is what it is. Most theories (especially OP theories) are rarely true. There's thousands of ways Oda can take this story and for someone to get the one route he chooses right is rare.

Yeah, but you gotta realize that the Marines constantly patrol and defend the borders of the yonko territory. If you take the size of big mom's territory into consideration then there could already be enough ships to enact a buster call, might even be enough vice admirals to do so.
