I don't know seasons specifically

You can probably also skip skypiea since nothing really important happens there

Alright after the alabaster war, just skip the next like 60 eps or so

Don't listen to this fukk nikka telling you to skip shyt. You watch everything except the filler arcs and that includes Skypeia which Is one of the most important arcs in the entire series and is just all around great.
And don't skip Foxy either.
But when you get to Thriller Bark you should switch to the mangs.

After the whole klahador saga I skipped past for a little...I saw sanji join the crew and the fight with don krieg, the fight with arlong and all the backstory with nami and the village....right now I'm in season 2 where captain buggy and that broad are trying to set it on luffy.

That Arlong fight was fukking dope. When does Luffy start fukking with those gears and shyt? Damn breh I'm kind of impatient but this shyt is crack.

The One Piece Wikia page has an episode guide that also differentiates between the overlapping saga's and arc's, both manga and anime. This makes it very easy to see which arcs (and thus episodes) are filler and can be skipped. For the record, do not skip any story that was in the manga as well!
