It's unfortunate but you're a dumbass if you think it was intentional. There's photographic proof out there that that the presenters were given the Best Actress envelope, instead of Best Picture. No one on that stage acted like that shyt was pre-planned. And what exactly does The Academy, at organization that takes itself super seriously, gain from this?

On Oscar night, each of the two balloting leaders carries a special briefcase containing envelopes for each award winner. This means there are two identical envelopes for each winner — and that appears to be a key factor in explaining how Sunday’s confusion could have happened.

The balloting leaders aren’t to let the briefcases leave their side or let anyone peek inside.

They take separate cars that journey separate, secret routes to the show, and each one is accompanied by off-duty, fully-armed police officers dressed in tuxedos as they enter the show via the red carpet.

Once inside, the two ballot leaders station themselves on opposite sides of the stage throughout the ceremony and one of them hands the envelopes to the presenters, depending on which side of the stage the presenters enter from.

The outside of the specially-crafted envelopes are labeled with the name of the appropriate category.

That just proves that the process is so secure that last nights fukk up should have been impossible. But yet it happened. Someone passed off that card on purpose. No ones talking about Moonlight today, so whoever planned to sabotage it last night won. Nothing more to argue here.
