This route the cyclists are going need to be included to the tour de France

They would only use it for the opening stage of the Tour. But that might be difficult because other countries throw the organisers too much money for the Tour to start in their country. Also the Champs Elysees final stage is too iconic to replace it as the Paris stage. Could be used if France/Paris get the world championships tho.
