I’m a cubs fan & didn’t want bryant on a long term deal(have several posts saying don’t resign him)I watch 90% of cubs games I was cool on kb. He a boras client so I already knew the deal.

Baez was different cuz that’s my boy he was coming off two solid seasons(18 & 19) entering the pandemic. The pandemic f’d everything up , but I’m glad the cubs didn’t resign him either & that’s my dog. Rizzo turned down more dough than he was offered by the cubs(5 years 70 mil) on the fa market. I always felt at least one between rizzo/Baez shoulda been cubs forever

Every once in a while I would get that channel here in NY and I remember the Cubs and Braves games would air on WGN.

Probably mistaken about the Braves but I could have sworn I've seen them on there before.

Kinda how the Yankees would play on the YES network but some games would be on UPN or whatever it was.

Nah , cubs haven’t been on wgn since 2019

Cubs have their own network now. “ marquee network” that you have to stream& is only available on xfinty or u verse
