Andruw Jones clearly got on the juice at some point and I'm not sure that without it his resume would be as strong.Besides his fall off in his 30s, why do you feel Andruw Jones shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame? @Remote
I definitely remember his name being thrown out for guys on roids. Fair point.Andruw Jones clearly got on the juice at some point and I'm not sure that without it his resume would be as strong.
He was elite defensively for a time but I'm not sure that would have been enough. His offensive years helped boost him a bit.
If Andruw Jones gets in, put in Torii Hunter too
At least with Lincecum and Santana, they had injuries and fell off and had a lot of mid seasons.
Hernandez finished top ten in cy young voting six times. He was pretty consistent throughout his career until the end with the injuries. He is probably a HOFer if he has two more years.
He is just off his defense alone.andruw jones is not a hof caliber player
He is just off his defense alone.
Ozzie Smith is in the Hall of Fame because of his defense. Why shouldn't Andrew Jones?I agree on Andru Jones not being a HOFer and I was a huge Jones fans. His defense was outta this world.
However I still feel he underachieved. His offense was inconsistent. Struck out alot. In his prime batted around .260
I'm just not sure. I just feel he could have been so much better
Pierre?Yeah i was just checking his stats. i forgot about that 50hr season
but that falloff was tragic. beyond terrible
i’m still not convinced. didnt hit for average. not even close
idk i dont see it. but if he’s a hof’er so is torii, edmonds, pierre
He debuted at 19. Was the youngest player to hit a HR in a World Series. I can't defend his drop off in his 30s but his time in Atlanta was good enough.Yeah i was just checking his stats. i forgot about that 50hr season
