Tier 2, flip RG3 and Manziel, completely. I'd also switch Matt Lineart and Baker Mayfield. Lineart literally lost 2 games his entire career over 3 seasons, one in triple OT on the road, and the other to texas in the title game. He was a superior college QB for real
