Deion said his strategy is to win now using a 40-40-20 recruiting (current roster, transfer, hs). He will also add more transfers from after bowl and spring as well. He’s getting a lot of guys with multiple years of eligibility and i noticed he gets them in pairs. Like 2 from the same school. He has a system in place for sure. Tbd on the results
