Im saying for ESPN, Putting Bama vs Ole Miss on ABC makes more sense than putting on Ohio State vs Purdue in prime time so it had to have been some kind of contract block or something

They can’t.

CBS at the current time is the only network that can carry SEC games.

I’m sure they would’ve loved to have put Alabama/LSU or Tennessee/South Carolina on ABC last year but they couldn’t.

Nope not for the SEC CBS games. It’s 3:30. Fox prime time is 11, CBS is 3:30 and ABC has the late night prime time

I honestly don't know why usc has a spring game. No interest at all in the city

But that doesn’t even matter in regards to what im saying. Im saying there’s been times the 6pm or 8pm ESPN SEC game is better than the game on ABC.


So why not have the SEC game on ABC in that spot unless there’s some kind of forbidden reason they can’t.

I don’t think ABC had the rights to show those games. They got the rights starting next year
