ESPN lost the Big 10 and they don't get rights to #1 SEC game until 2024

Who are they going to put on Saturday Night Football on ABC this upcoming season? Its usually their marquee game
:mjlol:

The Main Event run that shyt :childplease:

And they still got Clemson and FSU appears to be back.

I never understood why ESPN would run certain SEC games that CBS passed on late on ESPN instead of ABC

Like Bama/Ole Miss that year OM upset them in Tuscaloosa

Were they prohibited from running SEC games on ABC? They had to have been cause its been some weeks the past few years where they put some :trash: in that slot

Content, some large number will watch it due to fanbase/region

I think that the BIG is waiting for the other shoe to fall with the Pac12 before sending out the invites to Oregon and Washington. Can pay them less for now since they need us more than we need them. Also helps USC/UCLA with traveling cost.

It's almost mid-April and the PAC12 still looking for a new deal. The other remaining schools probably know that there nothing out there and is waiting for the official word before bolting out.

Ultimately the big was/is trying to stay put, but with so much going on, they probably have had quiet talks and I’m sure they also have had some with those schools 2-4 schools may get the call up because Stanford and cal means a lot to that academic prestige

They will find something to put on between the other contracts, same as always i think abc has a sweetheart deal with the big too not sure
Fully? :usure:

To do what though? Win the SEC? Win a Natty?

I think most of their fans understand the hill he’s climbing, so he got grace last season, but this season better look way better or it will get hot

It’s all about content, so it doesn’t matter what though
It does though. If that were the case then it wouldn't matter about what slots games are in but we know that it does because of

"Big Noon Kickoff"
"SEC on CBS 2:30"
And the 7-8PM prime time slots across ABC & Fox

nikkas will watch Fresno st vs somebody to the tune of a million views, long as it ain’t Minnesota vs Iowa i think most folks will have it on for background noise, besides they still have the big 12 and pac and acc
So fsu vs somebody
Clemson vs somebody decent
Y’all vs someone
Texas vs somebody especially that H town game

This ain’t got nothing to do with what I asked :dwillhuh:

Im saying for ESPN, Putting Bama vs Ole Miss on ABC makes more sense than putting on Ohio State vs Purdue in prime time so it had to have been some kind of contract block or something
