Day coo…but the jury still out if he’s at the level of even tress, let alone Urban who’s top 2 coach of the last 30 years. I’m discounting the 2020 run bc of a shorter schedule. I need to see him best a SEC team before I’m a full believer.

Y’all better avenge that scUM L in CBus next year.

Day is good. Revamping the entire defense. One of the best offensive minds in college football, recruiting is still top 5 and the best in the B1G. We’ve been their too with a black school president, black ad, and black student president all at once. Hbcu lives at Thee OSU

he’s piecing something together the problem is convincing non portal talent to come to east Lansing, one of these years he gon do numbers


As for the history everyone’s past is tainted if you look deep enough, i know you gave bubba a chance seeing as University of Texas wouldn’t

I think day is as good as they come, the issue is, y’all are hitting a dip in dynamic game changing guys along the line and secondary, but what you have makes you better than 90% you see but that’s not enough in the playoffs

2023 is ranked in the top 10 as it stands now. Obviously EXTREMELY early, and I believe we only have 3 or 4 commits but at least he’s significantly raised our recruiting profile.

I’ve mentioned it before, Tucker treats this as business where Dantonio wanted recruits to buy into this “we are family motto” and once recruits would commit and take other visits (as they SHOULD) he would cool on them or even revoke offers since they weren’t “100% committed” in his eyes.

That model left him with finding diamonds in the rough more so than attracting 4* or 5* guys with LOTS of offers and a willingness to explore their options.

I have no doubt he can snipe some guys here and there around the Midwest and the south, again my thoughts are, there are some schools that just are not going to get a gang of kids no matter what, i feel that’s y’all, again i think there will be a season of reckoning one year soon where he runs the table
