Idk it just seems like a Gruden to Tennessee thing, I think Tomlin would be a good college coach but why would he leave the NFL unless he’s not feeling the vibe around the Steelers right now?
Rumor is this is Big Ben's last year and Tomlin sees the writing on the wall. But I think people are just rumors and spit balling. The Steelers are legendary for not firing their coach, and the early signing period makes hiring an NFL coach difficult.

Why would a successful NFL coach want to go to CFB and chase teenagers around (pause) begging them to play for you when you could easily land another HC job in the league?

Now, if you're not cut out for the league by all means take your talent to the college level and you'll likely have a distinct talent advantage over 95% of the teams you play.
