Does Corey Raymond not want to be a coordinator?
I was hoping Sark would hire Corey Raymond but word is he has some compliance issues that wouldn't pass.
And at the transfer portal. NCAA may need to figure out a way to rein this shyt in. Maybe limit it to redshirt juniors and above.

You're asking the wrong question my friend.
Its why does nobody want to make Corey Raymond a coordinator?
Nothing wrong with the transfer portal. If coaches can leave anytime they want to then let these players go toI was hoping Sark would hire Corey Raymond but word is he has some compliance issues that wouldn't pass.

Yikes.

There are damn near 1500 players in the portal at the moment. That is way too many players, there aren't going to be enough landing spots for them. And the ones that do find a landing spot are essentially taking up a scholarship that could go to a high school recruit especially since some of them will have to settle for g5 programs or even DII. I'm all for empowering the players but the portal is out of control.
Edit...
This is what happened in 2019 when there was only 300 kids in the portal from P5 teams.
In 2019, there were over 300 players who entered their names into the transfer portal from D1 football programs.
From just the power five schools there are still, to this day, 63 players who are not committed to a current football team. Nine of those are from the Big 12, 14 from the Big 10, 22 from the PAC-12, 13 from the SEC and five from the ACC.
Nah I think the portal is great. Kids get all types of promises and lies while being recruited, they get HS kids coming in and put above them on the depth chart, coaching changes b etc
They just want to play and the portal helps that even if its at a smaller school.
Im all for kids doing whatever they can to play, even if some of them never get claimed out the portal. I still think it does more good than bad.
Yikes.

Breh that's the thing. A lot of these kids won't be able to find a spot and won't end up playing. The numbers aren't going to add up. I guess you brehs don't see it yet but soon enough these players will start complaining about not being picked up and their original school not taking them back. This is going to be a clusterfukk in a year.
