How much of the pie chart of coaching consists of
Recruiting - most important 40%
X&O’s- imma give this 3rd most important. Don't matter how much talent you got you gon have to be able to put em in a position to win 20%
Culture -least important 10%

Strength and conditioning - its huge to develop what you get or your recruiting don't matter as much 15%

Coaching hires- assistants spend more time developing and doing most the recruiting 25%

i didnt do numbers but just gave my thoughts on each

X&O’s - yall really dont hold that in high regards. yeah you can surround yourself with great positional coaches to hide the flaws but still you as head coach should be game planning coming up with ways to defeat ya opponent. not just delegating it to ya assistants. because eventually they gonna leave and its gonna be up to you as HC to put it together
Recruiting- i'd say very important. gotta get the players in to win
Culture- i mean as long as you dont have players fukking up going to jail/not going to class i guess its not as important. i mean you'll try to instill in the guys to be accountable and come to work.
Strength and conditioning- i guess you dont wanna be out muscled and stuff.
Coaching hires- gotta surround yourself with coaches that can can contribute to the program having success
College football is a completely different sport than the NFL wow... It's the other way around in the big league.
