i didnt do numbers but just gave my thoughts on each

X&O’s - yall really dont hold that in high regards. yeah you can surround yourself with great positional coaches to hide the flaws but still you as head coach should be game planning coming up with ways to defeat ya opponent. not just delegating it to ya assistants. because eventually they gonna leave and its gonna be up to you as HC to put it together
Recruiting- i'd say very important. gotta get the players in to win
Culture- i mean as long as you dont have players fukking up going to jail/not going to class i guess its not as important. i mean you'll try to instill in the guys to be accountable and come to work.
Strength and conditioning- i guess you dont wanna be out muscled and stuff.
Coaching hires- gotta surround yourself with coaches that can can contribute to the program having success

interesting, on a show i was listening to, they talk about urban had a terrible lb coach that he eventually had to cut because he wasn’t getting it done, but shyt i couldn’t name a good lb y’all had since hawk

Jerome Baker went round 3. Having a great year for Miami.
Raekwon McMillian was nice..

i think x&o is somewhat important, but how many inventive ways do you need to be to get cee Dee, Cooper, smith njigba, Smitty, etc the ball. It goes back to to my discussion on when they say coaches make adjustments, and they say so and so is a genius, it’s like yes all coaches make adjustments, but are you really a genius or do you say commit to getting Percy Harvin 6 touches on a drive and eventually he takes one to the crib.
I think culture is more important than you give it credit, Texas still trying to find its way, i also think culture extends to boosters it’s a single voice and direction of everyone in and around the building

to be honest i don’t really remember these guys at osu, wasn’t baker traded, and Lee either out the league or getting splinters in his ass from riding the pine, i kind of remember the chef because of his name but don’t really remember him getting busy, again it’s not a slight but realistically, these were bodies. The only one who Stands out is Ryan( it still hurts me, that he got fukked up, never want to see a black man injured, especially that way)

Raekwon was drafted by Miami as well. Blew out his acl twice. He was traded. Lee career died when the Jets drafted him. Did get a ring with KC though . My point in naming them was they all balled out at OSU. Yeah Shazier was that dude though. Sad man.

Culture is a function of winning and if not you get stagnant

Coaching hires and Xs and Os are the difference between Saban and the rest of the sec. How many games have you seen where the talent gap isn't big, but the preparation going into the game, the gameplan itself, and adjustments are just way better for one team than it's opponent?

And Xs and Os and coaching hires is the difference between "good Michigan" and "bad Michigan" because culture and the players are the same

culture happens before winning, like i said, the program needs to be one band, one sound, from top to bottom. Saban has a system, that’s why no matter the coach the results are similar, you know what you are going to get when you sign up to Bama, this is a 3-5 year business trip, you working year round, minimal fun, and shyt gon be intense from day one, but a lot of nicks shyt doesn’t work without good talent, nicks not winning with a team full of 3 stars and a few 4 stars, what sets nick apart is the system, and willingness to adapt

i wonder why have the title game on like Mondays?previously people had to rush off work and get home and stuff/or to bar. of course now u got WFH so that eliminate a good amount of people from having that issue
i know in Tuscaloosa factory workers got to be off to watch Bama in title games. dont know if thats case this year

Usually the game is on the weekend of the first week of the NFL playoffs,

But since the NFL added another regular season week I don't see why the CFB championship can't be played on Saturday Night.
