FWIW, I still think Deni lines up more with a Danny Granger type of profile more than anything else. Danny was much older when he came into the NBA, but it makes a lot more sense than the Luka/Hayward/Hedo comps.

Opinion on Toppin?
Such a damn stiff athlete i'm not sure how sure how bruh can even bend down to tie his shoe... literally the first thing i thought watching him play :francis:

The hope is that his offensive rim running / roll threat / jumper become so dominant that it excuses his pathetic defense and rebounding but ...im not so sure about that ... does he play the 4 and get blown by all game on switches or do you put him at the 5 and watch teams dominate the interior because he lacks court awareness on defense to execute consistent rim protection or desire to clean the glass :francis:

I do think he can contribute tho kind of in that montrez harrell / marcus morris kind of scoring big role on a solid team you're just going to have to find creative ways to hide him defensively and hope his offense is so potent that he's a + player ...

If he goes to the Warriors being around Draymond and trying to mimic his game would be really beneficial to him

And yet Luka is still only a 31.6 % 3 point shooter now ... he didn't magically turn into Steph Curry once he put an NBA jersey on ... Luka also didn't suffer from a pathetic 58% FT conversion rate either ... That nikka has a Lonnnnnggg way to go before anyone compares him to Luka
He takes a lot of long and contested 3's. Deni not gonna be asked to do that but I agree he's not close to Luka. He's just a really nice complimentary player imo

League sources say the Bulls are likely targeting a lead playmaker in the draft, which is why last week’s mock had them taking Killian Hayes. But LaMelo is the most talented passer in this class and is a tempting pick, although one that would immediately raise questions about Zach LaVine and Coby White’s futures in Chicago.

ringer has ball to the bulls in their latest mock , disagree with the last part

Cole Anthony really fell off :picard:
Zero mentions of him or Maledon

He can be successful on the right team, but most teams aren't going to be willing to let him play his game. He has to hope that he can carve out a career as a sixth man spark plug type of guard if no team is going to let him be the lead guard.

It's weird because I think he can be a Kemba Walker-like player if he keeps working on his game. You just have to have a team that can hide him on defense

I still don't get why this argument exists for Anthony but not Edwards.

A lot of people think Edwards will have upside as a defender due to his height and build. On the Wolves and Warriors he won't be asked to carry the offensive load that he carried at Georgia so he may have hope on the defensive end at those locations in particular.

Personally I can't tell how good he really is at this point. He's definitely not the most impressive #1 prospect I've ever seen, but I don't think he'll flop either.
