I want wiseman on the Hornets. Devonte averaged 8 assists with having to play P&R with Zeller and Biyombo. Would love to see what he could do with a potential great big
Dream on. Y'all had Zo in your lifetime...I went all of mine without us having a dominant center...it's our time.

I don't know how anyone looks at Obi Toppin and doesn't have Derrick Williams flashbacks
Understandable, but Obi is older (drawback) but also there's not much confusion about what position he'll play in the NBA (PF, maybe even small ball 5, whereas Williams was a tweener). Also, after a while, Derrick lost focus of what he needed to do. I honestly think his career coulda been different had he gone to a team willing to develop him and his skills (his 3pt shot btw never materialized). He went to a coach that really wasn't too interested in his personal development (Adelman) and from there teams kinda just viewed him as a finished product.

I definitely understand that. At the same time, anyone who gets the 'explosive athlete' label but doesn't even come across as an average and consistent defender.... its a lot to worry about

Okongwu looks better and better every day

Okongwu is Ben Simmons if he were clueless about passing. He pretty much does everything else he does. As long as you don’t delude yourself into wanting an all-around offense out of him, his floor will be high.

LaMelo might not even be the first Chino Hills player picked

Exactly!

That or a more athletic Bobby Portis

Unless he fixes his defense, dude is just a scoring big off the bench which is fine but not worth a top 10 pick.

Want the bulls to draft ball or avidja(or trade for Simmons or lonzo)they need better playmaking especially wcj & markannen . LaMelo passing is Trae young/cp3 levels dude be dropping sick dimes.cool with either ball has slightly more upside imo

Not too big of a fan of using the draft to fill that need. The Cavs defensive identity will be naturally weak because the best players on that team are weak defenders, one or two guys brought it won't be able to fix that because they are the best players on the team and have to stay on the floor.

Cavs will only see a turnaround on the defensive end if they either get a better defensive big than Andre, trade Love for a player who can defend, or move Sexton/Garland for a defensive SG/SF. If they don't plan on doing that, I think they should just keep adding firepower on offense.
While I do agree with you regarding the defensive issue. I can’t stand watching these nikkas struggle on that end. :hhh:

Who would you be willing to trade Love for?

My only untouchables is Sexton & KPJ. They’re the only reason I’m still invested :yeshrug:

Draft Vid:

He brings up a good point about the TWolves: They are for sale and could potentially go for the biggest name in this draft (arguably Melo Ball) in order to help build interest (read value) to help their sale...interesting point.

1. LaMelo
2. Ant Edwards
3. Wiseman
4. Okongwu
5. Avdija
6. Okoro
7. Cole Anthony
8. Vassell
9. Haliburton
10. Topiin

I really feel like the only team who has shown interest in Love is the BIazers and if that trade is timed correctly you may be able to get CJ McCollum if you give up a prospect and a pick.

Outside of that it gets scary, a lot of teams would probably be unwilling to take on Love's salary, and some of the equivalent salary trades you could do wouldn't be good for the longterm, like getting one year of DeRozen or getting weed plate.
