If he died tomorrow I'm sure he would get mail consideration. Rookie of the year, back to back Cy Young, and never had a bad season.
He'll need 4 or 5 more years to be a lock, but it wouldn't be a stretch to say he's hof worthy right now
Props to deGrom, far and away best pitcher I’ve seen toe the rubber for the Mets with Santana and prime Harvey sitting in second. The consistency of DeGrom is amazing.

Seeing the moves being made by the Braves and the Phillies has me delusional enough to think our greatest offseason acquisition will be new owners cuz at least I can blame the transition for us not doing anything in the offseason and the 2020 season but we'd now have competent owners (hopefully).

Personally I don't think he is worth it so not mad the Mets didn't sign him. Glad we got Stroman to fill his role.
