I really really don't think they're gonna give him that opportunity but look at the money we're talking. They should be able to do more than that. They literally need to if 2020 is their shot before rebuilding.

Why would you say that 2020 is the shot before rebuilding? We just opened our window with our young core and signing deGrom long-term.
We need a CF and an entirely new bullpen. The rest is not a priority to improve upon.
