If Beltran is available I'm happy with that. He's a hof and I'm sure he can get the players to perform. If Beltran is a no go for the bosses, I'd be happy with any of the Joes.

Hopefully Diaz figures out what happened, because no manager could succeed with this roster without Diaz getting his shyt straight

Gonna be interesting... Maddon might be headed to the Angels anyway, and honestly, with the Coupons still owning the team, I highly doubt they'd be interested in paying Maddon what he feels he's worth with a World Series title on his resume. Girardi is a Chicago native, so he might be interested in the Cubs. I love Beltran but not sure about him as a manager, especially since we're basically getting rid of Callaway for his lack of experience and blunders.

That's a good point about Beltran. And the unwritten rule is you go from new manager to experienced manager to new manager etc. So we should get an experienced manager.
Anyone want Buck Showaltwr?I don't just asking.

Beltran will only be a people manager.. not a BASEBALL manager (if you understand what i'm saying)

beltran needs to partner up like Mattingly did. Nobody wanted to give him a shot so he piggy backed on Torre ... Torre left and he got the shot... Beltran needs to be a bench coach to Giradi or somebody.
Is Dusty Baker still looking to work?

Ooh yeah Dusty is a good look. He would have a battery in his back because of the Nationals firing.

Nationals had their shot but they rested Strasburg and been DOA ever since... I love Scherzer but i fell the Nats not gonna stop the Dodegers this year.
Dusty still mad at that too... I would be cause they sabotaged their shot for the future that never happened..
