Edwin Diaz essentially cost Mickey Callaway his job. Locker room chemistry is just as important as Xs and Os. We'll see if the next manager can maintain that. Collins lost the clubhouse in 2017. Mickey never lost the support of the players.

I disagree. Players were openly defiant towards the media when they wanted him fired in Miami and the Healey incident. If your players don't play for you, they wouldn't defend you in the media through the trying times.
