Leaves a lot of room for error. Hit rate means a lot and it means more for your non 5 star recruits than anything because you get time to develop them if your high 4/5 stars max out. Ask UT about bringing in good classes. Michigan too. Stars don't mean jack to me if they aren't developed. Our 2015 class was ranked 3rd nationally and didnt amount to shyt. I'm glad they're gone. Now our 2009 & 2010 classes, I see any of them dudes out and I'll buy them a beer. The hit rate on the 5 stars was decent but it was the mid to low 4 star and 3 stars who made those 13 & 14 teams what they were. Hell, Xavier Rhodes was a 3 star WR on that 09 class. We also had a bunch of good recruiters who could develop players. Gran, Stoops, DJ Eliot, and Stoops with Craig and Coley being the lead recruiters.
