Lol yes they do there is a big difference in a 4-5 star OL and a low 3 star OL. Obviously. With OL the drop off is big after the elite guys and there aren't a ton to go around every year like other positions.
Those players that were beating them badly are going to a campus to get better as well lol and are more talented so yea. The rankings just give a good indication of how talented a guy is. There are obviously 3 stars out there that can become great but it's rare and most of them are borderline 4 stars anyway. The FSU OL guys are low 3 stars. They definitely won't be any help right away like FSU needs. They are 2-3 years a way at best from maybe being starters
