Ball skills are really hard to develop after a certain point...
I'm more than happy if MPJ's ceiling is a top tier 2nd option who works off ball a lot than the guy.
Curry really improved his handles over years

How tf are the suns going to get Young AND AytonA Young/Booker/Jackson & Ayton line up would be interesting offensively.
Young needs to be paired with a bigger backourt .
I was responding to a post saying they would trade up to the top 10 with either Warren /chriss, Bender & future picksHow tf are the suns going to get Young AND Ayton
this nikka gave Chef credit.Kawhi too and thats why they are extreme outliers not expectations.
Who wants that junk?I was responding to a post saying they would trade up to the top 10 with either Warren /chriss, Bender & future picks
certain wires are cementedAll skills can be improved on just how much do you want it .
*Looks at Ben Simmons*
Curry was #7 on my final draft board and I loved him as a prospect but a 6'3 guard with a 6'3 wingspan with limited PG skills, so-so handles, very good vision but so-so passer can only be so good even with elite intangibles, excellent BBIQ, excellent skill and shooting ability. My review of him was Reggie Miller with some PG skills. I felt he was even a better natural scorer than Miller due to his skill. But man, I never saw this and what he became today. That takes elite work ethic, drive and the perfect situation which is usually impossible considering most of these prospects are going to shyt teams with shyt organization and shyt development staffs and coaching staffs.Kawhi too and thats why they are extreme outliers not expectations.
WTF did jacob evans do to his shot? this is like fultz fukking his jumper up. i know it's only 1 workout, but he's supposed to be 3 and D. however, he clearly doesn't have consistent NBA 3 range. this was tough to watch.
I know Thibs was looking at him heavyHe is more of a PUDFA prospect. I didn't have him going in either rounds. I've seen some mocks listing him as a late 1st rounder. Never saw it. This year, the gap between early 2nd round and PUDFA is slim. Most years, it's massive.

I watch full games and I've came away impressed with Evans defense. It does translate as does his length. So I can't completely agree. That said, his offensive game as you mention isn't at an NBA level yet. That doesn't mean it will not get there but it might not which is the truth. But guys who have plus plus defensive talent and the length and lateral quickness is extremely hard to find. Everyone wants the next Tony Allen but Allen could at least slash. Evans isn't good at anything on offense to me. He's a G-League player right now.i've watched more tape on all the glut of guards/wings near the end of the first round over the last 1-2 weeks and he definitely is on a much lower tier for me; this last vid sealed it. Both on tape and looking at his numbers i'm very unimpressed. Then you look at his game log (only scored over 20 points twice the entire season despite being their leading scorer, only 1 steal per game + 2 TOs per game, barely gets to the FT line), factor in that he did this against mediocre competition, and is also barely average athletically for his position. How the fukk is anyone considering him a first round pick especially against guys projected 2nd round like milton, trent, trier, and a few others?
they probably figure his defense is good enough to play him now while they can work on his offense.i've watched more tape on all the glut of guards/wings near the end of the first round over the last 1-2 weeks and he definitely is on a much lower tier for me; this last vid sealed it.
