Barnes is a good comparison
Lol nope.
Better finisher, rebounder, and perimeter footwork.

@Poitier, this one just one of the reasons I have Bamba at 2 over Ayton on my big board. I have had them either tied @2 or Ayton over him due to his size but Bamba has more potential to me. Even when I watched the games, I been saying, Bamba offensive potential stands out more than his defensive one.
I agree! But I do like what it can show for players who we know aren't as great at this time can do like Bamba for exampleI have Bamba 3rd.
Athletic testing, skill drills, etc are worthless to me. Show me the in game film.
Porter Jr is everything you say he is. But man, if he can really develop that handle, he can really take his game to the next level and maybe more than what you and I believe he will beLol nope.

I actually like his game in general. I been pushing for him since January and saying he has an higher ceiling than Ayton
Agree, you gotta have an extreme tool kit to develop that aspect of your game after a certain pointBall skills are really hard to develop after a certain point...
I'm more than happy if MPJ's ceiling is a top tier 2nd option who works off ball a lot than the guy.
I personally think Bamba is going to be a better offensive prospect long term than defensive. I see more defensive flaws in Bamba than I did Gobert as a prospect and Bamba was a way better defender at this stage than Gobert. But just talking flaws, Bamba has some issues which may cap his defensive ceiling to me. His offensive ceiling is sky high. I been saying, outside of Bagley, no big I've ever covered has had this high of an offensive ceiling. If he can develop an offensive game yes.
That’s what makes him so intriguing.
In today’s nba if you’re a zero on offense( not saying he is) it limits you
People love Gobert but because he’s limited in offense I don’t think he’s nearly as valuable as people claim he is especially in the playoffs

I’d love him to fall to the Knicks but I can’t see him getting past Cleveland
