I think 2004 USC should be #1. On a side note, it still irks me when people talk about 2005 Texas and act shocked that Vince didn't win the Heisman. People like to gloss over how godly Reggie Bush was that season. It's not his fault Pete wanted to give Lendale White more touches in the title game, even though Bush had like 550 yards rushing the last two games of the season. That became an issue later on for Pete in Seattle too.

Vince had the hype, because he was Texas, and all them nikkas that got drafted on the offense because of him need to write him a check every year.
I don’t consider 99 FSU or Tennessee that high, 2013 FSU had way more talent and should be higher
