True. My point still stands with Clemson and UCF schedule being damn near the same.

The point is their resume is good enough to be in though. Conference champions with a one loss. That matches the #4 team. With an expanded playoff we don't leave out a one loss p5 champion. And also, my reason for an expansion isn't just for this year. Since the stat of the CFP deserving teams have been left out in similar fashion.
I feel an expanded playoff will devalue the reg season. Boys will be playing damn near an NFL schedule
Nah, and even if you think that its only because the ACC & their little brother are both down this year and they missed ND in the regular season. It's not like Clemson ducks anyone though.True. My point still stands with Clemson and UCF schedule being damn near the same.
They would be playing less than what D1aa teams play. If they can handle it, NFL prospects can.

Clemson regularly schedules a tough OOC opponent to start the season as well as having to play south carolina at the end of every seasonIt’s not about ducking anyone. It’s about reality. And the reality is the ACC is hit garbage. They play the same caliber of schedule yet Clemson is in.

You weren't saying the ACC was garbage when when they had to play top 10 FSU, Louisville, & Miami. They're having a down year, shyt happens.
Well maybe if UCF played that trash then their crybaby bytch asses would be inEverything you stated doesn’t negate the fact that the teams that they played are trash.
God damn. That's what I've been telling them fools! We know have a three star recruit Jordan Travis, but he's from Palm Beach. A three star from South FL is like a four star or even a five star player in other states. His level of competition was really high.I seen the kid play a couple times this year and last year. He's good, but its hard the gauge him with the competition he plays against and the talent he has around him.

I mean its not like they try to hide it, it's called "Power 5" for a reason.Nah. Just elitism. Nothing else.

Leggo PurdueWe really gotta play a bowl game...against Purdue :floydm:
Who tf in their right mind would let their season end...against Purdue:floydm:
If I was a HC and could shut down haters saying I lead a toxic culture, might’ve hired a coordinator that cheats on his wife, I’d straight up retire if that golden opportunity was thrown away because...I lost to Purdue :floydm:
The bowls games are what they always beenSports/Associations that have more than 4 teams playing for a championship.
- NCAA Football D1AA, DII, DIII
- NCAA Basketball D1, DII, DIII
- NFL, CFL (and that's with just 9 teams)
- NBA, G League, Various European Leagues
- Various soccer leagues
- All High School sports
The rush is because it's a damn sham right now. It's honestly embarrassing that out of 130 schools only 4 make the playoff. I'll say that Alabama is the clear favorite, but 2-4 can be beat by anyone is the top 10 and if Georgia wasn't a complete fukkup maybe they could beat Bama.
Also, with the introduction of the CFP, the rest of the bowl games that are played are even more useless. I personally think it should be 16 teams, but I'm willing to settle for 8.
The regular season was boring this year but that’s not the norm in CFB and you thatCollege football has a boring regular season. There are a few games we get hyped for and that because they're rivalries. Every week is not a playoff game when you know the outcome at the end of the year. Clemson schedule is garbage, they played cupcakes all year and they just waltz right into the playoff. Their schedule was UCF status. But because of their pre-season ranking, they can't drop and team like Ohio State who had a tougher schedule can't take their spot. Notre Dame who won't join the damn ACC gets to play in the playoffs even though they don't have a conference title is trash.
Now I'm not saying Clemson or Notre Dame aren't great teams, but this whole "regular season matters" narrative has to stop. It's embarrassing, and when the playoffs eventually do expand, mfers who been trying to stop the expansion from happening are going to be looking ridiculous.
Leggo Purdue

Expand the playoffs and regular season really stops mattering. The playoff is fine. There’s never more than 4 teams that deserve a shot at the chip in CFP and rarely is it 4
