Oklahoma loses that game if Stoops was coaching

Nope. This game would have been worse because of 2 reasons.....

1)Abdul Adams would have never been in the game to give away that fumble. Adams isn't a Bob Stoops type RB, Trey Sermon and Rodney Anderson are. Secondly, you get buried in the depth chart when you fumble at OU. That was a quintessential Bob Stoops trait.... and as we saw, Abdul Adams never got another snap.

2)Lincoln Riley has slightly changed his offensive philosophy because it's his team now. He likes to throw it more and implement gadget type plays that cost OU another lost fumble on the lateral to Jeff Badet. Bob Stoops would have lined up in power formations and run it down OSU's throat. In addition, Bob Stoops would have gotten those 2 TD's left on the table

3)Bob Stoops would have called that timeout to have that second Barrett INT reviewed which would have given the ball back to OU with 8 minutes left.... Basically 1-2 more chances to score. Riley' s play calling got passive after OU's final touchdown. Stoops wouldn't call off the dogs.

So, let's just hypothetically add 3 more TD's (minus Adams lost fumble because that scenario could happen with Bob Stoops..... The others absolutely would happen), then add the fact that OSU couldn't stop OU offensively after scoring their only TD..... Let's do the math......

2 dropped TD opportunities in the first half + 1 first half FG + 21-0 run + Barrett 2nd INT & no FG(that could have led to another TD) + 1 more garbage time TD(to be modest because OSU had the ball twice after OU's final TD. Riley and Urban called off the dogs) makes the the final score......

Is this the best the Big 12 can do?

:mjlol:

A conference known for offense and passing can't produce 1 above average QB in the league
You said no big 12 QB has done anything. I just pointed out that Dalton has. He's done more than the last few Bama QB's combined :RussellMartBrook:

What Bama QBs have been projected to do anything in the Pros?

The Big12 have had top 10 picks at QB all over the place and all of them are bust.

Stidham is barely any better than White. Id start Woody

:dahell: He's way better than White

You're being completely dense on purpose. Dude's better than White in about every single facet. White might be somewhat better in terms of short accuracy, but it is severely eclipsed by what Stidham did deep. Dude is like 6'5 and had Luck-esque wheels. You also don't worry about someone falling off after a few hits with that frame. Woody could be very nice but he isnt touching what Stidham showed against some of the best teams Baylor played that year.

You'd get your silly ass fired
