Maybe the GOAT fraud team

So many teams were #2 that year, LSU, USC, Cal, USF, Boston College, Oregon, Kansas, West Virginia, and finally Georgia :heh: 2007 was the curse of #2 for a reason :manny:

Ohio St, Michigan, and Alabama are all time great programs. Auburn doesn't fit that to make the Iron Bowl on par with Ohio St Michigan. I'd go out on a limb and say most of the country who don't follow college football doesn't even know Auburn is in the state of Alabama
thats not always what makes a rivalry great :manny: this state only has two major sports programs

its lived out 365 days a year. Not many rivalries save maybe Arsenal/Man U are like that

Kansas had a squad that year, put up 76 on Nebraska :pachaha:

Remember that brief era where KU and fukking WAKE FOREST were in the BCS? shyt was weird af like 2007-2009...

Oklahoma going to the 2008/09 title game after having the same W/L record as Texas AND losing to Texas...the BCS fukkery was unmatched.

TCU being at #1 for Texas :ohhh::ehh:

Texas hasn't done anything meaningful since 2009/10 loss to Bama in the title game. Texas A&M had a good year but their "title game" was beating an unprepared Bama team. Baylor never won anything meaningful really (sans the individual Heisman),TCU has at least won a Rose Bowl in this time period. Overall speaking, UT is #1 in that state.
