They are always goin to be in the picture because of their coachingDoes anybody in here think Notre Dame is going to do anything this year? For a team that's been hyped up so much..........meh.

35-10That Auburn defense wasn't gonna give up 55
They have a great coach with great talent. They won't drop more than 2 and thats a push looking at their schedule. Nobody knows what Texas, USC, Miami, or Mich St will be. 2004,2010,2013......That's more than any other team outside of Alabama and LSU in the SEC since 2000. Tied with Florida.
People hyped up last year because of Muschamp, and Jeremy Johnson. Muschamp couldn't get the defense up to standard until halfway through the season, they started playing better. Jeremy Johnson had all the tools but didn't have everything mentally ready to go. Also, young running backs. A top receiver kicked off the team. Just a lot of turmoil like most years Auburn doesn't live up to expectations.
This year is another beast though. Defense a lot more talented and experienced. Knowing how we'll use players on offense better. The running back group is actually deeper than last year, plus the h-back position. More talented wide receivers added to the group.

Last year's game doesn't get enough credit but it was one of the greatest i've ever seen.
I don't know if I'd call the Big 12-2 a classic, historic conference when it's only 20 years old. It was just the merging of the Southwest and Big 8
Still gotta see what happens at QBI friend is a huge ND supporter he says the only concern he has is the young WR's he thinks the RB and OL will carry the offense and Kizer is good enough to hold it down. The defense he thinks the concern is the secondary but he loves the front 7 especially the LB's much quicker and more talented guys like Joe Schmidt were liabilities at that position.
He also loves the schedule they only play 3 true road games at Texas,NC State and USC and get everyone else at home or neutral.
It's just the years yall are bad yall are bad. When you're good you're great. It's no in between. Yall don't get to the sec ship in lose, yall either win it or are playing in some Birmingham or memphis bowl
Still gotta see what happens at QB
Big 12 started out hot it soon became the Oklahoma/Texas invitational after 01. Oklahoma and Texas won 8 of last 9 Big 12 titles. The North got soft after awhile Nebraska,Colorado and Kansas St all fell off at same time and the only school they really stepped up with Missouri and Kansas was a one year wonder. Big 12 still better than the ACC,Big 10 and Pac 10 were in the 00s ACC was the WOAT without a doubt.
Really hoping Texas upsets Notre Dame
We'll see, i don't B.Kelly benching Zaire his senior year and he's been said to be the team leader but.........Idk man. Kizer's the future and looked good last seasonHe is 95 percent certain its DeShone that starts vs Texas
