He can't succeed as a 6th man off the bench for the Thunder like Reggie Jackson?

He could in the correct situation, OKC is kind of a unique case because after the Harden trade they seriously had nobody on the squad who could really ball except KD/Russ/Ibaka so pretty much anybody could walk onto that team's bench and play well. If he ends up on a bad team that also has a bad situation he won't really get much of a chance to prove himself and float in the D-League until he either gives up or does like some other guys and slaughter the D-League so much that they get picked up. Players like him usually don't last long unless he puts in some serious work.
