Jahlil Okafor: "People got a little excited because of what Steph Curry did -- and he was fantastic. But as long as I remember, big men have been dominating and the results have been championships."
:mjcry: Sorry JO breh, I thought you were going to be a Laker too, sorry it had to be you but the league is way different now.

Curry win one chip and nikkas forget the history of the league :mjlol:
Last post player to lead his team to a ring? Don't say dirk cause he plays closer to curry than he does to okafor. It's Duncan in 2005. Yup :umad: sixers building a team that can contend a decade too late. :dwillhuh:

I actually think he's underrated and will surprise people, but I could be entirely wrong. From what I understand he has dealt with a few injuries his senior year and made him drop in rankings. All I want from him is a lockdown defender, rebounder, and glue guy. I remember people saying before last season that Devin Booker was a 4 - year player and probably wouldn't contribute much his freshman year :mjlol:
I didn't pay attention enough to quantify his D but he tried doing way too much on offense and looked horrible during eybl

So Duncan didn't lead the Spurs last year? :dwillhuh:

Bynum and Gasol didn't put in work in 2010? :dwillhuh:

Dirk plays more like Curry than Okafor?? :dwillhuh:

Dominant bigs and wings have always lead championship teams. :dwillhuh:

Name the last guard before Curry to lead their team to a chip. :dwillhuh:

Duncan led the team? Kawhi did. Kobe led the team in 2010. Gasol and Bynum played their roles well. Last guard to lead their team to a chip... Kobe in 2010. You rather have a dominant guard than a dominant big in this era.

Hopefully having to do less (we're kind of a loaded team) will help him. I heard he's a very good slasher and transition scorer, pretty sure he isn't too good of a shooter though. I want him to fill that MKG role of just defense, hustle and rebounding.
