Uncertain grounds

If he doesnt then he needs to be held accountable. Instead, itll just get pushed to the trade deadline with more empty promises of making moves..and then after itll be, well at least give him this off-season and draft. Im tired of it. Id rather just axe him after next season if he flops and bring in a guy who doesnt have enemies around the league to come in and get the job done while having the assets to do so.

Btw next year's draft is going to be :trash:

I know people keep saying this but I don't buy it.

There are legitimately 10 other guys I didn't put on my list who have the blend of athleticism, skill and size to go lottery if they put it together. A few guys always come out of nowhere and make a solid draft. It won't be 2013.

I really think Briscoe will got a few spots higher. Kid is a baller. He also has a 6'9.5 wingspan which is nuts. Ben Simmons is a fukking beast, I can't wait to see that kid play.

I love Briscoe breh. I'm just worried that he won't get PG reps next to Ulis and will get labeled a "combo" but in Cal's offense there is no true PG anyway.
also I'm sorry to tell you, and i maybe wrong, but from what I've seen Charles Matthews is :ld: Prob won't get a lot of minutes.
Here is a few more guys I like that are underrated. Prob not one and done players but should be good college players and May become NBA prospects down the road:
Josh Reaves

Didn't get a lot of shine on that star studded Oak Hill team but should get some plays called for him playing for Penn St.

Dedric Lawson

6'7 or taller player with an excellent handle and playmaking skills, will prob the first player to live up to the hype for Memphis since calipari left.

Shake Milton

Great addition for Larry Brown, will contribute in a variety of ways from day one. Including defense and playmaking.

DJ Hogg

Will be one of the best shooters in the country from day 1 and along with high school teammmate, Tyler Davis should help Texas AM a really dangerous squad.

I also really like Terrence Phillip for Mizzu and Juwan Morgan for Ohio St but they are undersized at their positions so that will hurt their nba stocks. Phillips was prob the best passer in all of HS ball last year and Morgan should be nice for the buckeyes if only because he looks kind of like a taller DAngelo Russell.
Two more guys I like are Jalen Brunson(Villanova) and Deyonte Davis(Michigan St) but they are pretty much consensus top 25 players so not so "underrated"

Yup it looks like he's going to Zona. I think Ferguson is our guy. Blakeney is frail. I also think he has a rep as a shooter although from what I remember at EYBL he never actually shot that great percentage wise. Who y'all going after now that the Battle shyt happened.

Blackeney was a solid scorer at eybl but not sure how good he is in other aspects. Defense is a question to me. Though I could be wrong, i like Toni but I'm not an expert on his game

My memory of this isn't the best so correct me if I'm wrong but a year ago around this time weren't people saying the 2015 draft wasn't going to be all that good? You had Mudiay, Okafor & Towns getting hype but other than that not many thought it would be arguably just as deep as 2014 was

Actually, people were claiming this draft was going to be all time good but that came back down to earth as the season went on.

Its pretty funny. Weak drafts always seem to turn out fine most of the time and supposed strong drafts return to the mean most of the time because a lot of guys don't develop or they pull out of the draft.

Half of these HS guys end up not being ready and some unknown nikkas like Cameron Payne always comes from nowhere.

Yeah like I said I didn't really remember what the consensus was too well, I just remember Mudiay, Okafor & Towns getting a lot of hype but don't really recall guys like Russell or Porzingis being talked about as potential stars at the next level.

And for the second point, I'd agree. I remember back in 2011 people were claiming that draft was gonna be one of the worst ever and it's produced a multitude of good to great NBA talent.

People had Cliff Alexander top 5, Kelly Oubre was getting Rudy Gay comparisons, Russell Booker and Winslow were not even on the mocks, and people still had Chris Walker as a first rounder :russ:

I feel very confident Isaiah Briscoe isn't going lottery next year. Slow as shyt, pounds the ball into the ground and can't shoot.
He isnt a blur but skill, playmaking and bball iq have to count for something. Look at the 2 leading MVP vote getters this year. He dominated EYBL

I consider shooting to be a skill and he severely lacks it. He moves the ball better than the Harrisons but other than that he is a very similar prospect to a guy like Andrew Harrison.

I dunno, I'm way more impressed with him than I was with Harrison.

US features guys like Trier, Jackson, Giles and Tatum and there is a few interesting prospects on other teams.

I saw FIBA and I just don't see it. I think Briscoe can develop into a Andre Miller type with time but he does not have burst and he doesn't compensate for his lack of explosiveness with change of speeds. Add in the fact that he doesn't have a good enough jump shot to keep defenses honest off the ball screen and I'm not high on him.

I guess if you like guys like Marcus Smart then you should theoretically like Briscoe.
