How about how much baggage he carries from the past with him, i.e baby mama drama if he has any others,if he even treats you right, how he communicates with you, gels with you in every day life, is he fatherly material, just as we look for BW that would be motherly material.....you can find out if he's fatherly material just by a few questions you ask and the answers given.....

As you're dating and dealing with a potential mate in a BM, you have to use your motherly instincts in deciphering if the man opposite you would be one that would try and take advantage of you or love you and has genuine interest in a life with you. None of these things has to do do with how much less or more money or education he has.

How he acts,talks, treats you, and how much baggage, i.e if he has been in and out of relationships and/or multiple marriages, baby mamas, is the barometer, not how much money, education or type of looks he has.

Of course looking at how a man treats you and family background is.important, I have never said otherwise. All I keep saying is that income also must factor in the equation. If for example, I am unable to work or I am on maternity leave. Changes happen in a relationship, that can make household operate on a single income.

Because it's irrelevant. There are more white women than white men in college as well. There are more women than men in college period.

Bm outearn yes but how many bm are in the work force vs bw? And those that outearn claim that they have their pick of women of all races. Finally we are making progress here. First of let me address the black employment question. Just like everything else that's effecting black people, things are pretty similar for both sides. Unlike you I'm not out here criticizing these women because I understand why they are having such a hard time. Just like black men they are facing institutional racism. It's not that they are unqualified to work. But instead of getting to the real issue people like you are stuck on BS.

Now as far as looks. I was just about to bring this up again. First let me say BW make it seem like the average BW is making 80K and can't find a man. Obviously that's false. Most BW like their male counterpart is stuck in some impoverished area slaving away for chump change. Again, as black people we should be focused on the WHY this is(we know why), but most importantly what we can do about it instead of looking down on each other.

Now for that SMALL percentage of BW who actually do make 80k and above there is a small percentage of BM who also make 80K and above. So if those women aren't getting chosen by those men then that mean they simply aren't getting chosen. But there is an equal number of BM out there making as much as BW. Probably the reason they aren't getting chose is they are the most attractive, just being honest.

Surely you aren't suggesting these 80k BM date women they don't find the most attractive because when I suggested BW be realistic about things such as looks you flew off the handle.
