Is it? 2 out of the 3 movies they got coming out in 2018 are PG-13 to.
Tony Stark jokes > Charles Xavier jokes
Like i said they were trending in the right direction. Those movies comin out 2018 got green lighted long before we saw the success of a darker more violent xmen movie like Logan. Get ready for more corny marvel bullsh1t

Deadpool actually started the Rated R trend not Logan and that movie actually has way more jokes than anything in the MCU.
I like most of the X-Men related movies but no they aren't doing the comic book stories justice. They can be done better.

The opening was on one of the dopests openings for a superhero film ever, but the rest of the film didn't keep it up.

Oh I meant with the Marvel movies. But there were rated R comic book movies before Kingsmen , Sin City, Kick-Ass
I'd argue those were more cult movies than mainstream smashes
