You should wipe ya hands from that poop smear on them, goof troop. Go empty the drool bucket and bang your head into the wall until you tire out, Corky.

Take care, Schlitz.

You straight killed your credibility with that last entry.

I'm not interested in your assessment of my credibility.

So now Nas has the second best discography ever?

Shame on you.
I said Ghost is only person I could make a strong case for being better. Nas has a couple of duds overall, but I'd say he has the best solo discography of all time. Ghost is definitely more consistent. Ghost's worst album > Nas' worst album. But Ghost doesn't have any album that approaches Illmatic...no one does really. That's gotta account for something. I can't knock anyone that says Ghost's discography is better, though. Those two are 1a and 1b.
I mentioned AZ and Deck because like Nas, they too reside in this "vacuum" of skill you spoke of that supposedly has Ghost being out rapped. But, like Nas theyve done much less with their abilities than Ghost has.

Yeah, but you didn't ask me if I agreed with that, and I don't. AZ and Deck are not better than Ghost anyway you slice it.

I talked about "knocking in the wip" many pages back in reference to Queens Story's lack of boom. That Roses, Stay, Cherry Wine have a schmaltzy, snoozy vibe to them is independent of that thought.
And again, that's just your personal taste. A lot of people like myself could give two fukks about booming in the car as long as it's good for what it is.

Lastly, you've showed more ignorance by proclaiming those de la and tribe albums lack thump. Go play Footprints. Go play oodles of o's. Go play plug tunin or potholes. One of the albums is called LOW END THEORY FOR fukkS SAKE!

:stopitslime: Peoples Instinctive Travels In the Paths of Rhythm knocks in the whip???? :laff: It's a classic album, but are you really trying to tell me you ride around blasting Luck Of Lucian in your car? I've played that album probably hundreds of times and usually it was to zone out and relax in bed before I went to sleep.

3 Feet High And Rising is jeep banger? Yeah, I ride around blasting this all time...

Ghost is an interesting case because I think he has one of the most underrated discographies but at the same time, his Def Jam output had a couple of clunkers in the form of that wizard of theodore and some of big doe rehab.
His last album was slept on though, pretty damn good album. Still and all, I thnk he's on par with Nas.

I dont think Nas has the best discography of all time, but I think his should be ranked in any top 10 for a rapper or group. I just dont think it's simply Illmatic plus mediocre, trash, average. There's been a few gems in the form of Stillmatic, God Son, Untitled and maybe even Life Is Good. Even his worse stuff got some special stuff on there. I actually think he might be consistent in a good way rather than bad way, but it all depends on your viewpoint on his album structure.

You're showing how green you are. Especially trying to cherry pick a steely Dan lifted groove to slander a group you claim to like.

Go play plug tunin. Say no go. This is a recording for living in a full time era.

You goddamn right those knock.

As for Tribe, they have the craziest drum work maybe ever. Luck of lucien was THE CUT IN THE WHIP! Are you stupid? And Again, low end theory was named for a reason.

Those songs sound "tougher" even being over 20 years old aesthetically even with native tongue, Afro centric, eclectic driven content than the new Nas songs I've singled out.

I've only heard it twice and I'm only trashing portions of it....mostly the same portions I trashed on leak night. All this other shyt is extra curricular Stanning run amok.

Nas has the best solo discog ever now. Like...get real.

I'm trying to think of ONE great song between Hip Hop Is Dead, Untitled and Distant Relatives.

I'm talking GREAT. Not just good or dope. I don't think there's one.
