It's been like this for years though. More bad artists than good ones and most today have mediocre voices. I miss r&b groups. That alone puts the 90s over today's shyt.
Frank Ocean and The Weeknd are not really considered traditional R&B artists anyway. I know for sure Frank does not consider himself R&B, he doesn't like to put a label on his music at all. And I doubt the Weeknd has ever labeled himself R&B.
