I'm old enough to remember when the NY Post used to have ads for XXX movies in the movies section, like it was a "normal" thing to do.
at the fact that they alternated ads for hard core XXX porn and mainstream blockbusters.

Plus, the "Classified" section of EVERY tabloid paper (NY Post, Daily News, Newsday) used to have an "escorts" section. I'm sure they want us all to forget about that now.

Ehh, I dunno, I think it works. Shrader said it wasn't really supposed to amount to any long lasting happiness on his part...on fact he said on a Reddit ama that in all likelihood he only lasted another 6 months after the ending.

theres that one shot where he checks his rearview mirror and the music gets sinister for a few seconds...so you know travis hasnt changed or improved at all and hes still a time bomb

The village voice until like 5 years ago basically lived off of escort adds in the back until Craigslist/ backpages killed them. The whole newspaper went out to print and it was on the low a great alt newspaper.

I've never lived in New York but I would call the village voice and have them send it to me.
