In a way they're both saying if the other is the alien just get it over with. You can interpret it negative like that, but also positive. Straw Dogs (71) ending powerful too. Homie and his girl just horrible marked by violence now for the rest of their lives. Ppl love to talk about Graduations "will they be happy together" ending but Straw Dogs is kinda a dark twist on that. There's now way this relationship makes it, not after what they've been through. At the same time, they'll always have this dark connection.
