I think weed just fukks with my anxiety more but it's hard to stop :mjcry:
How often or how much do you smoke? I finally stopped smoking, the anxietys still there

Its not quite as bad and since I stopped cigs too I feel like I can breathe through it more easily

But what I did for years was only let myself smoke at night time, and smoke from a pipe so I can keep my hits to a minimum.

A weed tolerance is a bad thing, I got mine down to where I could get hogh off a hit or two. And every time I slipped up and started smoking more, I did notice a correlation between how much I smoked and how bad my anxiety would be

But thats just me, some people with anxiety who smoke weed are able to function better. The healthy lifestyle has worked better for me but ive always been a little jealous of those that can get away with it

Naa. I avoid meds if I have to. If anything when I'm on meds I beat on myself can call myself all sorts of things even more than I usually do for having to take them to regulate my mood which doesn't help.

Damn brehs I thought I was the only one with this anxiety shyt:mjcry:. I'm worried about if I'm a graduate college this month. My entire family making a big deal about it. Then I got to worry about the fact I haven't tried transferring anywhere nor do I have a job for after graduation. Then I got a personal health problem I have to worry about my entire life. And then I've been trying to drop like 30 pounds so I can stop being around 200. Then I worry about stupid silly shyt like damn my family members gonna get sick one day and I'm a have to pay for shyt or I be thinking about damn I'm a die one day.

shyt be having me like JDNFSJDBFSDHBFSDHBFHSDBFS AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH on the inside. My anxiety be having me feel like something wrong with my head. Sometimes I feels like I have a tight ass hat on my head. Then other times my head be feeling like I'm a die.

shyt just be having me :mjcry:

But man yesterday i was having so much fun doing something. For those 5 hours I did not pick up my phone once. I didn't think about one of my life problems once. I didn't think of any other stupid dork shyt that clogs my mind. I was honestly in the moment enjoying life and I haven't felt like that in forever. Like nothing on my body felt "strange" I didn't feel like well if I die I die. shyt made me realize anxiety really is controlling life. I don't know how nikkas just be out not letting shyt effect them. I be caring to much about everything so much I be bottling this shyt up inside and it be fukking with the mental that makes me think I'm a die of one these days.

But what is crazy someone brought up b12. i've been seeing that shyt the last few years so it must be a sign. I remember when I used to drink, I'd drink liquor and for some reason I would feel the worst muscle pain ever in my shoulder or back and every place I googled said it was because I was low on B12.
Then from personal researches about my anxiety I got b12 and what do you know that thread is talking about it.

Can someone got into specifics on why you need B12? What can I eat to get more of it. etc

To reverse anxiety, all of the B's are needed, as they work synergistically with one another to convert lactic acid out of the blood. When one is low in B vitamins (stress, high sugar intake, alcohol consumption) the nervous system will soak up as much of the B's as it can, leaving the liver deficient. When the liver is deficient, it's unable to clean the lactic acid out of the blood, in turn causing a decrease in oxygen. Lactic acid and oxygen are antagonists. In other words, when lactic acid is high, oxygen is low. High lactic acid forces the arteries and capillaries to dilate, leading to capillary engorgement. A stagnation of circulation then takes place, as well as a decrease in cell respiration. When lactic acidosis takes place in the brain, causing cells to die, symptoms of depression, anxiety, ocd, bipolar, worry, doubt, grief, negative thoughts, etc. set in. It's all because of the quality of the blood.

The main B's to focus on, aside from a B-100 complex (100mg of B1 through B12), that are pertinent for anxiety, are B3 (niacin), B6 (pyridoxine), and B9 (folic acid). B12 needs to be taken with folic acid to work properly, so don't just take a single B12. You can speed the process up by consuming nutritional yeast, rice bran, or liver (especially liver), all of which contain more than one could possibly receive from any B complex. A few things to focus on would be cutting out any processed sugar. Keep sugar intake (aside from fruits) as low as possible; this includes bread - all breads. It doesn't matter if it's the touted, sprouted Ezekiel bread. No bread. Bread burns like sugar, and sugar depletes the body's stores of the B vitamins. Alcohol will do the same thing - it needs to be cut out. Consuming fermented dairy, such as kefir, yogurt, and sour cream; even cheese, will replenish the needed bacteria back into the gut, allowing proper absorption of the B vitamins. A healthy gut will actually be able to manufacture some of the B's themselves, through the work of bacteria; niacin (B3), pyridoxine (B6), pantothenic acid (B5), and biotin (B7) can be manufactured in a healthy gut.

Is it normal for sex drive to lower a bit in your mid-20s? Some days it feels damn near non-existent

Do you eat copious amounts of grains -- oatmeal, bread, pasta, rice, wheat, barley, etc.? Grains are loaded with glyphosates, the herbicide that's sprayed on literally every single grain, especially whole wheat bread (even organic whole wheat has been shown to contain glyphosates). Glyphosate is an endocrine-disrupting compound that basically tells your body that you have enough testosterone, tricking your brain into thinking it doesn't need to produce any more. In females, it binds to the estrogen receptors and does the same thing - shuts off production. That's why many women nowadays are in so much pain from sex or even masturbation, because it blocks the proper production of estrogen, which is required for everything to work properly. Glyphosate is also a mineral chelator, meaning, it binds, or blocks, essential minerals from being absorbed in the body; zinc, copper, manganese, and many more, which are all essential for proper hormone and pituitary function.

Grains, as well as seeds, nuts, and legumes, contain phytic acid, also known as an antinutrient, because it too, is a mineral chelator, that binds to all the micronutrients I listed above. If you eat lots of grains, seeds, nuts, and legumes, you're basically being hit from both sides with glyphosates and phytates, disrupting your hormones and blocking the absorption of key minerals that are required to keep a proper balance of these hormones. A man really should be most virile in his mid 20s. If you're not waking up with a tent each and every morning, something is wrong. The first thing I would do is cut out all grains - yes, all grains. No bread, barley, rye, oats, pasta, rice, pancakes, waffles, etc. - and I mean every.. Even Ezekiel bread. No bread. You can replace the carbs you consume from grains, with starchy root vegetables like potatoes - any variety is fine. Next, cut out corn (which also contain glyphosates) and soy. Soy is goitrogenic, so it slows down the thyroid, and is of course, estrogenic. No man - no one, period, should be eating soy.

Up your intake of foods high in cholesterol; butter, yogurt, eggs, liver (hopefully you like liver), since cholesterol is the precursor to our hormones - and healthy fats; butter (try and get grass fed by KerryGold), virgin, cold pressed coconut oil, extra virgin, cold pressed olive oil, avocados (also a great source of potassium, far superior than a banana) - and again, eggs and liver, both great sources of cholesterol and healthy fats. Liver is one of, if not, the most, nutritional food on the planet. It has all your protein; it has all your fat; it has all your vitamin A; it has all 24 B vitamins (which like I said in an earlier post, reverses lactic acidosis); it has all your vitamin K2; it has your zinc, your copper, and your selenium, for hormone production; iron, manganese, choline, and inositol - and your liver, uses these nutrients to stay in peak function. Lastly, cut out as many processed foods as you can. Wheat, corn, and soy, are in almost every processed food you'll find on the shelf. They're in all fast food as well. The menu at the local McDonald's is literally wheat, corn, and soy, wrapped up into a hundred different packages. Pure poison. Sorry for rambling - I feel like I could go on and on - but I wanted to give as much information as my brain was outputting.

Here are some links on what glyphosates and phytates do in the body:
