I mean they're obviously in a transition point as they should be. I see Strange stepping up a lot, and I'm starting to like his character more and more. His next movie may be a defining point for the new era of MCU.
Tom Holland's Spider-Man has already elevated himself to being my favorite hero maybe ever. He's now not only matured into a man and true hero in front of our eyes, but he carries a lot of pain and loss with him to - much of which he himself is responsible for which makes it sting even more. He will continue to be one of the defining figures as we now get to see him start from scratch needing to build all of his own tech, and someday maybe surpass Stark himself.
We're sort of in Phase 1 all over again, although an accelerated more developed and more intertwined version of it. We have some established guys already, and need to keep introducing more into the mix. By the end of this phase we're getting Fantastic Four. Between that, Spider-Man, Strange, Guardians, Thor, etc. they've got a strong base. Phase 5 I assume will introduce mutants which will be huge, and from there you've got a crew again.
