fans will move on from iron man and cap if we get x-men + fantastic four, spidey keeps killing it, and they continue to deliver epic storytelling that leads up to another cosmic-level threat via kang. the individual iron man and cap IPs might suffer, but iron man and cap have never really been on the level of spidey and wolverine. it's why you saw spidey and wolverine join the avengers when marvel re-prioritized the comic title. it's also why marvel has never been able to fully duplicate iron man's film success in the comics.

You just spouting nonsense. Shang Chi was one of the highest reviewed MCU movies to this date and if we counting the tv shows Wanda and Loki are also rated very high in terms of the entire MCU. All 3 of them rated higher then Antman so your entire point makes no sense.

Wanda Agatha and Loki are all household names. Eternals the only lackluster one so far out of phase 4. (And to me Eternals itself isn't a bad movie. It's just trying to do way to much with characters no one cares about yet. I actually predict more people will warm up to the movie once it hits Disney plus)

nikka i didn't stutter lol. You are underestimating how big a show Wandavision actually was. It was the first new MCU content after a entire year off. The whole world was tuned in. Agatha's theme song reached number 5 on Itunes. That didn't come from "just marvel fans" stop it.

And again YOU were the one that were using Antman as some type of metric. Shang Chi is rated higher then Antman so how is it "mid"? How is Loki "Mid"? How is "What if" Mid?? You bugging right now.

Also why are you acting like Phase 4 is done? There's 7 more movies and who knows how many tv shows are left in this phase.

A bunch of armchair Fiege's in here. Just relax man and stop looking for problems when there currently aren't any. They have way more avenues and storylines to pursue now that these TV shows are taking off which means way more opportunities to introduce more characters. Yall acting like they just throwing shyt at the wall and seeing what sticks. I'm not saying they are perfect and some movies weren't that great but let's not act like these scripts and moves aren't planned out years in advance. Tony and Cap are gone get over it. No one had faith in RDJ back in 08 when Ironman was announced and truthfully Chris Evans still had the stink on him from those FF movies. What was the point of the Black Widow movie?

None of remaining MCU have the charisma that Chris Evans and RDJr had -- the closest is probably Tom Holland and Spider-Man as a character isn't ready to fill those shoes not to mention all the Sony drama.

They need to turn it a little darker and less galactic with spidey and x-men, as it doesn't make sense keeping the same formula when you've finished such a long story arc.

They don’t have Spider-Man, their biggest character of all. Sony will never relinquish that IP. At best, they’ll let Disney foot the bill and make Sony a Spider-Man movie but they’ll never give him to Disney.
